I love this, I've just bought a baby one off Ebay, so pretty. Is it fast growing? do you cut it down each year? Any info/tips welcome:-)

Yes it is fast growing Bornagain, I have the other one too with the normal green leaves and it grows just as quickly as that, this has been here around 4 years and haven't cut it back yet, its around 7ft tall, I just cut off any dead or weak looking branches in spring, hope thats right, looks ok.
Yes Carole that is another name for it,this one has lovely yelllow/gold leaves though bit different to the normal one.
Yes I prefer this colour too DD really stands out :-)

Thanks Sinbad, some people say to cut right down in spring, I thought it seemed a bit drastic. Has it suckered much or been well behaved?:-)

No its been really well behaved Bornagain, no suckers yet :-)

I have this in my garden, I have cut it down now as I want to dig it up and put it somewhere else as it got so big it crowded out my Hybiscus, I find it needs a space of it's own. I love it so do the birds.

How big a space Lady and was it easy to dig up? :-)
