Yes Alice, it is 'very' blue ..... gentian blue even .... really stunning in a rockery full of pinks and pale purples !

Lovely colour Louise - one of mine is almost ready to flower although I have lost the one in the gravel area I think, I keep looking to see if it's going to come back as I love the amazing blue of the flowers. I've tried to take cuttings but none have lived so far. Must go and read up about it again!
