I thought the black stemmed one didn’t spread, Siris? Are there any bamboo types that are non invasive?

I don't think it runs as badly as some Bambo. You'll have to ask Dottydaisy she gave it to me, they thin it regularly to benefit from the black stems. They also have a nightmare Bamboo.

Righto! Thanks Dd and Siris! I don’t have bamboo, but, maybe I’d grow it in a pot? I’m guessing it may find it way out of the pot...

It needs a very large pot.....ours is in an oak barrel....the other two are romping around the garden.....
