They're achillea heads Ange, a very old one..Gold Plate, they do seem to last ages..

I split my Achillea into three,a few years ago,Janey,and put tall plant supports around them,as they were leaning over too much on other plants..I do love them at the back of my border.:o) x

I did the same Sandra and the stems are soft. I like to tie one or two and let the rest flop about, the flower heads come through wherever.. I quite like their smell, do you? x
