Me too, I've liked as you've a smashing collection of daffodils there!!!
I've noticed a lot of leaf damage on my bulb leaves...

Lovely Daffs & Narcissus. Not so keen on the slug though!

I've been amazed at the number of slug eggs I've found this month while giving my greenhouse and outdoor pots a Spring clean! It's just as well that the frogs were busy last month and the pond is seething with tadpoles, the wet winter has made the garden a haven for slugs and snails.
Our clay soil is still rather sticky but I've been attempting to prepare the veg patch for the new growing season. It's been slow progress, I still can't walk without a stick following September's hip replacement op, but I think I'm winning, lol.
What a wonderful splash of colour your daffodils have given you, grandad-gardener, the crocuses and primroses have outdone the daffs and narcissi in my garden. Buds on the other plants are starting to open too, to reveal the fresh green of new leaves. Spring is springing, bring it on!

I have liked the blog for the pretty flowers, not the beasties! Yesterday I found similar, two creamy coloured slugs curled up together in a daffodil flower, and then found fifteen, yes fifteen, snails lurking at the base of a big Carex grass as I was trimming the dead brown stuff away.
