They're in!

Hi everyone,
Well the last of my bulbs are in! No! – not quite true because I haven’t done my 2 large terracotta pots of tulips yet, waiting a bit longer, that’s right isn’t it? But all those others are done.
My border in the front garden is now planted up and I’ve put some summer aliums in there together with some narcissus called ‘Cornish Chuckles’ (couldn’t resist!) and dwarf yellow irises together with blue grape hyacinths and some blue anenomes and yellow winter aconite. Hope it will look like the picture in my head! The idea is blues and yellows in spring with the blue and pink aliums in the summer with the japanese anenomes and the fragranced mock orange. Does that sound ok? It’s a shady area but the aliums are ones that tolerate shade – hope so anyway. Any suggestions welcome!
Well, clocks go back tonight – have just had to remind my dear old Dad, my Mum thought of those things – so Winter’s on its way isn’t it?
Hope you all still getting time in your gardens? Wish I had a greenhouse – I love looking at all your photos of things you are sowing and growing in your greenhouses.

You have been busy! I like the colour scheme. You will have to post the photos when they are all in flower...

HI,
It's a mock orange - Philadelphus coronarius 'Aureus' - lovely colour foliage isn't it to brighten up these dark days?!
You think the colour scheme will work Spritz?
Thanks for your comments - love getting them!
Going to check your site out Weeding.
