What a difference a week makes!

Hello everyone!
I’m back!
Got home early hours of this morning so feeling a bit jaded now but just had to have a quick catchup on GOY.
Had a fantastic time away and Venice definitely the high spot for me – it was truly beautiful and all that I had hoped and more. Photos to follow soon!
Have left the unpacking, apart from doing a wash, and then it was out in the garden to weed and dehead! My treasure of a ‘father-in-law’ had watered my pots through the hot weather here and kept an eye on the greenhouse too so all was well there but needed to pot some things on and plant others out so I was kept busy. I can’t believe the changes in 8 days!
Off to work tomorrow at my friend’s sandwich shop tomorrow and Thursday so will have to wait until day off on Friday to complete other jobs like my hanging baskets – the cherry tomato plants and french marigolds are ready!
Hope to have a good look at all your photos and news over the next few evenings and post some holiday photos showing some of the planting I saw.
