Sunshine in Notts

Well… the grass seed is ordered so I finished the prep of the lower garden today. Cannot wait to have a bit of grass as it means progress. This will be a big landmark as I have spent so long on clearance.
The neighbours have been very positive and even jokingly asked me to do their garden….This week…my builder is returning to do my fencing…very exciting and i feel on the home straight.
Also the lovely Ros from freecycle gave me tomato plants which have been potted on.

Oh I do wish I had your energy! Still you can now take a bit of a break now the clearing has been done.
Have you planned what you are going to do?

It's always exciting renovating a garden, especially yours!
Now the hard work is almost done you should be very proud of yourself and the fun bit is all the deciding where to put things. It's amazing how generous people can be with plants, bear it mind some might be of the rampant kind, hence having lots to give away, but it doesn't make them any less welcome when you have a large (or small) space to fill. I expect we will get to see the new fence and what a difference it will make.
