After getting all the free plants and hard work, things have really grown. I have found the original garden structure beneath skips and skips of ivy. Currently, i am working on the top garden digging out ivy roots and fing more original stepping stones.

The rockery/bank with the steps looks great - should be wonderful when the planting has matured a bit. It has the potential now to look really fantastic, considering how hard you work at it.

It lovely, might be hard work, but a garden with different levels is great, gives so much perspective and all those lovely rocks. From someone who gardens on the flat a bit of jealousy creeping in! Well done.

Its looking good now. Some carefully placed stones give a garden character. Also odd jugs and vases from the charity shops.
