I am a farmers wife, and I have my own business making celebration and special occasion cakes. I am a novice beekeeper and gardener. We have lived here for 3 years and I put in raised beds for veg and one long perennial border beside the lawn. This March I did away with the lawn and have planted a few evergreen shrubs and perennials mostly divided from my existing border and kindly donated by Telme8 from her beautiful garden. My dream is for my whole garden to look like my existing border, full of things the bees enjoy, self seeding and too dense to allow too many weeds to grow! When I have had enough of baking and my head is spinning with sugar, I love to escape to the garden or the green house.
