Plez can any Member help with the ID/Name Of My 3 Garden Poppies? Id like so much 2 put them on their own Page in MY GARDEN on home page but have no idea what they are called :/ Many Thanx Jacxxx

Sorry...should have added, your first is an oriental poppy...Papaver orientale Perry's White (I think!))

Is the second one grown from seed? It looks like it could be a white icelandic poppy ( papaver nudicale..?)

No its a Plant that comes back every year Di :) I think num 3 is a Welsh Poppy ? iv just seen a Pic of 1 the same On Google :)

U was rite about Number 2 Di :) Its A Papaver Iceland called "Spring Fever" ! i best save some seeds & grow myself as it says its Biennial!! Many Thanx 4 all your Help Di il up date My Garden Tag On Home Page Now X

Hi Jacque # 3 is definitely an orange form of Welsh poppy Meconopsis Cambrica... it will seed like a weed in your garden if you don't deadhead it!

Ooohh I love my Welsh poppies, and let them seed themselves around as much as they like! Yours looks like a "double" Jac...I'd save the seeds if I were you :)

I'm with Bonkers on this Jacque. I sowed Iceland poppies this year and although they are supposed to be biennial, mine are just about to flower. I'll be collecting seeds from them later this year with luck.
