Here is Lenny the Lizard walking past my banana seedlings to sun himself at the patio window

So he stretches up to have a peep out of the window to see what he can see

on the other side is TC in the sun

Lenny then scratches the glass and TC looks across

TC is really not bothered he’s got the sun – poor Lenny he’s been ignored again.

don't these things just make you smile!!

our garden and our neighbours are the home range to at least three generations of water dragon - that we call Kenneths - can't remember why we started calling them Kenneths ... there's a huge fellow who likes to catch the sun on top of the back fence and on our big waterfall - the other generations (sizes) are seen at regular intervals all over the place - there is a massive blue tongue as well who has all the cats totally bluffed with his hissing - they do a dignified "I was hurrying in the direction of away anyway!" when they see him - funny to watch

needless to say we have no snails which delights my green thumbed vegetable growing neighbour

I'm amazed to see your Lenny inside though! how did that come about?

Long story Cate, he was my daughters pet and when she moved back home Lenny came with her. He lives in a vivarium most of the time, but when the cats are out, we let him out for some exercise.
