Well it rained non stop from 1pm yesterday until 9am this morning , so I have been around to see how the plants have survived and you know what they have :) Wednesday our local primary school had a fete which included a plant sale bought 2 coleus for £1 and a Heucheras for 50p the lady said it was from her garden and was called purple palaces . so I hope it will take off like Terra’s lol, I think her dogs do better at gardening than me :)

What a lovely lavender. Yo have some good plants there. I think the heuchera might be Palace Purple rather than Purple Palaces, but there are so many now who knows... Hope it grows well for you anyway. I see you have my good old euonymus standby - can't go wrong with those!

Lovely K`gran, if thats what you call mishmash then its a good recipie, the birds have all started coming back to my feeders now, I try to encourage them to fend for themselves in midsummer but they keep coming and asking....

Thank you all for your kind comments ,Hywel Palace Purple seems the right way round lol , Scottish the bird bath was leaking OH got fed up of trying to seal it so it became quirky feature with the owl on it .. but I must say I so enjoy viewing all member's gardens and you are all so friendly & helpful .
