hi fellow gardeners, well i am still waiting for the good weather, here in norfolk it has been cold, wet, wet, wet and windy, windy, and windy. i am going to visit my daughter at the end of the month for six days, when am i going to get all my planting done, when am i going to get the bean plot ready( yes i know that i should have it done by now, but i have to wait for my husbands help with it). i am beginning to think this might be the most i have have ever been behind with my schedule. is any body else having trouble?, let me know so we can crumble together. heres hoping for dry sunny planting weather, cheers everybody!

We have had sooo much rain here in Somerset - the sun appears for a few seconds, then the dark clouds return and DOWN it comes again! So, yes, I am a long way behind...and the grass needs cutting! NO chance.

~The very odd bit of sunshine here too in Swansea ~but so much wind ripping everything to bits~I don't remember it ever being as windy as these last few years.Definitely climate change we are going to have to get used to!
And yes I am way behind too!

than it is good to know i can grumble along with every-one, it cuts down the time when i can be seen in the front garden talking out loud to the plants and people seem to think i am talking to myself!

Well, I live in London and it's been windy, windy, windy and a bit wet, but not wet enough, believe it or not. We'd had no rain at all for four weeks in West London, but had had lots of sun and wind - soil very dry. Don't like the wind much, but am grateful for the rain, so it's not all bad!
