Hullo Everyone, First of all let me reiterate my apology to Scotsgran. She sent me such a comprehensive answer to my question. I thought how do I show my appreciation? I wonder what that little flag is for? Oh it must be to say that that is a very good answer. So I clicked on flag. Then to my astonishment up came a notice about what was my complaint. I said noth9ng far from it. So I googled in Flag and was amazed to find it was for reporting abuse. So please have another laugh on me. Well as to the garden. I topped up the potato bags and watered them well and they look healthy again. I dug up a plant or two in the soil and the potatoes were lovely. Best gardener in this house? The squirrel. I have peanuts growing everywhere. They look a little like clover leaves to start but are sturdier here is a pic

LOL What the eye does not see the heart does not grieve over. Enjoy your sleep Lilypad I'm sure you are not the first and will not be the last to click on the wrong button.
I'm so glad your potatoes are not a disappointment after all.
I would be tempted to let your peanuts grow and see if they produce edible nuts. Who knows we may have a new Jimmy Carter in Wales.
