I visited my local garden centre today to behold Christmas trees and decorations for sale. I expected the Easter bunny to be handing out painted eggs. I expect plants and garden furniture at a garden centre in August.

Disgraceful ... how can young children ever grasp concept of time when this kind of thing happens ... it makes me so cross ... it's just all about profit for the retailer.

Will we get a christmas just been announced on news we are in worse reccession, peterol going up 4p litre, housing not selling people not spending so let them carry on.

Oh no! Here, at least, the stores wait until Halloween (most of the time). Last November 1 I walked into one place and they had their Christmas decorations up already. But at least they had the decency to take the pumpkins and witches down first.

Hallo to you all. I am very new here, I only joined Goy yesterday and this is my first posting. We went to the local plant sursery yesterday and they were selling christmas decorations already !. I live in Germany, although I orginate from the county of Rutland, UK. We have just recently bought a datcha, so as soon as the weather gets better I will post photos of it. I hope that I have not put my introduction in a wrong place, if so please let me know and I will post it elsewhere.
