Our recent visit to Sweden

As you know our two sons bought a rural property in Sweden. John and his partner Abi have now moved there with their two cats.
The main job this year was finishing the floor in the barn. The last photo is John in the barn.

I help in the garden, but there are four and a half acres of land. The ponds are a future job.
My two sons plus friends fixed part of the barn floor this summer. It was a big job with nine concrete supports and huge wooden beams then cross beams before a double floor. They are setting up an artists retreat and the barn is the main studio space. What you see is a quarter of the overall space in the barn. They have friends coming out each summer to help.
