Merry Christmas To All!

Winter is here and there is frost on that one leaf which never falls from the tree….

Night came and while Emma watched…

I decided to bring christmas cheer to the fireplace mantel…

While wrapping my grandchildren’s christmas presents…

and under the close supervision of Sadie of course….

Carolers came to my window with songs of the season….

Come to the door! Please come in one and all! Bring your song and cheer into my home. It will be so good to hear it once again!…

In return I will give you a respite from the cold…

and to all of YOU I wish you warmth, comfort, cheer and of course…

and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Your home looks really welcoming Loosestrife with all the Christmas Cheer, the mantel looks very attractive and I do like the Carol singers under the lampost in the window, I think Emma and Sadie are hoping there is possibly a little gift for them as well..
I hope you and your family have a Happy Christmas filled with love and good memories of times gone by but not forgotten..

yes the excitement is building even for a humbug like me. tree day is the 17th, though I admit I have been wrapping pressies as I have bought them. just have to remember where I have hidden them. 17yr old still goes snooping and feeling boxes :o)

love the carol signers.
