Feathered and furry friends....

Its the time of year when our pair of ducks that seem to have adopted us arrive… They come begging at the window for bread in the morning, go and have a little swim in the pond and then fly off somewhere else for the rest of the day…Then come tea time they arrive ready for another snack..
then in a month or so when the water lilys have obscured the pond enough to hinder them, they disappear for the rest of the year…
Does anyone else have this honour? Beats taking the boys to the local duck pond when you can feed them from your back door!!
They had better watch out for the other resident though!!!

What a fantastic view you have of these wonderful Characters!!!
Do you get the fox visiting during, the day, or is this early evening?
You are so very lucky....

My Sister lives in Norfolk and she gets ducks from the village pond visit her garden for food, then they go off back to the village green. They bring their babies to her too.
