Blooming Spring

Looks like we'll be getting a fair bit of rain soon. I recently connected up a Wilko's water butt, the sound of the water pouring into it from the downpipe was daftly gratifying☺ Wish I had room for two!

I hope you find a nice plant for your pedestal. I think something trailing may look nice in it.

I love the slim water butts and like you I am waiting for the rain to fill mine. Two of the large tanks were emptied of the sludge and leaves in the bottom, cleaned and waiting for rain today, but it didn't arrive! More promises for tomorrow from the weather people, perhaps it may arrive this time.

I don't know how wide your pedestal is Marjory, but would it take a pot which is big enough to add a centre plant and then a trailing plant around it ?
