Sweet Peas

I have been in the garden this morning to see what is happening and I was very surprised to see these sweet peas flowering. They are one of last years plants which I had left in the container by accident.
The hostas have already grown very large and as yet the
Slugs etc haven’t attempted to devour them

Just goes to show that some plants given as annuals, can survive the winter if it's mild. I have had Petunias and Antirrhinums and even tuberous Begonias live through the winter some years. Strange, but my Hostas haven't been attacked yet either, but today we have rain so it may encourage the little (or big) blighters out of their hibernation or sloth. Interesting facts here https://www.slugoff.co.uk/information/list
