A holly tree or not a holly tree???

Been to see my dad today and took some cuttings from a plant which i think looks like holly.Because its somewhere i dont normally look or go as the local authority normally looks after the gardens for the elderly community.I did ask my dad but with him being 82 couldnt remember.Any ideas what this may be and how to care for it would be greatly appreciated. The last picture i took is of my holly tree leaves which i have already got at the back of the garden.I think they look very similar to these cuttings.:))))
