That is so annoying isn't it Mark? I had a cheeseplant and it grew absolutely huge. I gave it to my next door neighbour for her conservatory where it thrived

It was a bargain but they do grow huge as I know from past experience, lovely if you have the space though..

monster by nature 'monstera delicosa' by name & 'yep' leaves the size of dustbin lids if given the chance, but you do get delicious edible banana flavoured fruits when large enough - - - it will need its own conservatory by then though LOL, good luck Mark ;-)

I had one of these many years ago and I loved it. My puppy chewed through the stem but it still survived because of the aerial roots. It finally succombed after my last move but I'm not sure why. Good luck with it :)

lol if that's the pot it came in that on its own would normally cost more than a quid!
I had a cheese plant years ago, it did tend to take over that half of the room. Are there any elder's homes or something that might be able to adopt it? local GP or such?

they probally did what they do in the supermarket Mark, pick something up and then decide they don't want it and just dump it anywhere, I'm sure you can find a space indoors for it, you can't go wrong for a £1.
