I would just like to say that i have made shirley tulip PLUM CAKE, it is very very nice. I also made my best friend one to because i borrow her cake tin and she also thought it was a Delicious recipe. Thankyou shirley,

I have also made one yesterday and it is very Yummy, been collecting Plums off my tree again today so I can make another for weekend so thanks from me too Shiley.0)

I'm so pleased that members are making this cake, it's good to eat with the seasons, rather than buying frozen fruit ! I wonder how many of you eat a piece warm, then eat the rest as a cold cake ?
