I did not make a mess t&t i used my food processor , it makes easy work of it.and the sponge was very light.

Oh clever, Michelle. I've never used my food processor for making cakes. It would be easier....must try that! I've already got the apples cut up and in the freezer so the work is almost done :)

hi w/lass try putting your sugar & butter in first and mix for a few seconds then add all other ingredients and mix another few seconds.it's great.good luck.

I had a go at making your cake and it was delicious. My other half ate the lions share of it and is now suggesting i make another one. He goes to the gym regularly so can get away with it.
