Ive been buying plants too 2day, went for my lunch with Marie who is my nextdoor neighbour, we always go to garden centres and you can guarantee we always come home with plants. I was looking at the salvias but ended up with Phlox and Lobelia, its so hard to choose they are all lovely!

We went to a village at the weekend that had it,s open garden day , how can you not buy some ...LOL...

Open gardens are very popular round here in the summer Sandy , it,s nice as it gives you some ideas for your own , to many sometimes ..LOL..

Yes Sandra but sometimes you come away wishing yours was like that , the gardens we looked at on Sunday almost all backed onto a river , I fell in love with one of them !! I could have moved in the next day it was so pretty with the river running through , Ahh well we can all dream ... lol...

There was a sign in the village showing were the flood level height had been in the past Sandy !!!

They have been in the past Sandy , it wasn,t far from the coast either which took the full force of the flooding in 1953 when hundreds of people drowned ... maybe we are better off where we are LOL..
