It just annoys me when I can't get the flower colour to come out right - either looking washed out or too bright, or too pink or blue. Guess I'm an old fusspot.

Looks like amoody storm laden sky to me and the brilliance of that bloom ,well you could have convinced me it was a nm*&5@letal plant that only blooms when lightning is about to strike and has never before been photographed.... abso luuutely spanking pic and flower, this one is defo going in me faves....thanks

unique flower. I love it! Good idea for the bk/ground thing...I was taking pictures of my poppies & they were coming out almost florescent looking with bright yellow, not at all what I was actually seeing in front of me. I will have to give that a try. =)
