Thanks...I liked the combination when I saw them 'mingling'! The Persicaria have grown sooo much since they went in at the end of June!

are the red dragons becoming invasive? i have planted 2 and one looks like it is going to scramble.

Yes, a bit - I estimated that 7 would be the right number for this new bed - but I think that 5 would have been OK. They are thriving in the sun (when it shines!) better than the ones I planted which are a bit more shaded.
I could always cut pieces off, though.
