My Frangipani is doing so well, but there is no sign of a flower shoot coming, so I guess I may have to wait another year......Lol

wow milky, lovely plant, does it go in greenhouse for winter

Thanks Eileen.....But I just cant get it to flower. It gets its minimum 7 hours direct sun at least, even though I have to keep moving it about, special feedsince March, and it still wont play ball......

Yes Sandra.....I has to have at least 10 degrees....so gets tucked up as soon as the weather cools and I do put it back in there at night now.....

it gets quite cold dont you think, and should be warm august evenings :o(

WOW!! I'm dead jealous Milky, lol. It looks great....with or without a flower :)

Great plant, Milky, sounds a bit like looking after a tortoise. Does it eat salad too?

Tis fantastic well done Milky a local gardener who own a nursery said the trouble with people they feed too much and that is why most plants dont flower.

Your going to need a bigger greenhouse. Ray might get you one for helping with the pond.

You have got to be having a laugh Toto can he squeeze himself from the lounger to dip into his pocket mmmmmmmm I don't know about that one.LOL

I don't think he is tight Morgana as Milky wouldn't put up with him if he was. My guess is that he is a normal man doing his best.

its all jokingly Toto me and Milky have this joke about him she tells laughable stories of him and catches him at the right time sleeping he he he did you look on that web site I sent you on pm

I know Morgana.

What website Morgana....What have I missed......I am getting worried about the Frangipani though....Its now 3 feet tall and it doesnt branch out until it does flower, then you cab chop off the top 12 inches to make a new plant........but not until it flowers.........Thankyou so much everyone for your comments....

Milky:
Your Plumeria is looking good! It loves the full hot sun.
Don't give up hope yet.
My large Plumeria 'Plastic Pink' in the ground is just starting to put out flower spikes now...which it should
have done months ago.

Thanks Andy, I think the problem is that we just dont have enough intense heat here, and we havent really got a lot left of our summer now.....
18 Aug, 2009
Milky:
That could be a little of a draw back...Plumeria trees love long very hot summers.
19 Aug, 2009
Yes Andy...it is a drawback, but I shall keep trying......

Milky:
Yes, never give up! : > )

Very beautiful plant.
Just wondering if you let it go dormant & rest during the winter???
20 Aug, 2009
Yes Davey.....Once the temperature start to cool, then the leaves start to fall, then I just store it in the greenhouse overwinter....
