I think this is a picture of an Albizia, I have bought this recently, but not sure where to put it, it was growing all over France and flowering like mad.......

Looks like Calliandra surinamensis - Pink Powder Puff. They are just starting to bloom here also. They are a Fall and Winter blooming shrub or tree.
