Where's the bacon, sausages, black pudding and mushrooms then. You should reported for not feeding poor Ray properly.

15 Sep, 2009

ummm cant wait to be able to eat that again, and i thought ray was a healthy eater maureen ;o))

15 Sep, 2009

...without the bacon, sausage and black pudding it IS healthy Sandra!! Mushrooms would be OK, but may-be Ray doesn't like them? Makes me feel hungry.....

Yes it is healthy, Sandra the white of the egg is good for the heart, tomatoes eat cancer growths and the beans prevent stomach cancer. Mushrooms a bit of red meat, whole meal bread, yoghurt, fruit, vegatables, especially broccoli, tomatoes, lentils, beans, all of these in your diet makes you live longer. As they contain nutriants in these foods.
Also what state of mind you have and laughing helps too as it exercises all the muscles in your body. Woman live longer than men because they have periods, which releases things which makes the heart race, which the heart is a muscle like the bladder and needs exercising. Like with a weak bladder the best way to strenthen it, is to hold your water as long as you can.

Well, I was so hungry seeing this after work, that I started cooking myself a lovely big healthy fry-up, knowing I was eating healthily, adding a year or two to my life. But, in the process, I PMSL, so am back to where I started!

:-( But the supper was GR8!!! :-) Many Thanks, Milky!

16 Sep, 2009

16 Sep, 2009

16 Sep, 2009

You said it David...Morgana, that exactly what Ray said...."Where's the bacon and sausage?, you could have put it on the serving plate" Me being me told him right where to go...next week a bowl of cereal....That'll teach him......Lol

16 Sep, 2009

He he he I love it Milky you could tell him its better for his health, then he wont catch on he he ha ha

16 Sep, 2009

If I told him that Morgana he wouldnt touch it.....He reckons its taken him 67 years to develop his belly....Lol

16 Sep, 2009

17 Sep, 2009

Getting back to the large tom etc, it all looks good enough to eat, so now you have made me hungry and it is far too late to search out any goodies, far too old for midnight feasts lol

17 Sep, 2009

Sorry Dotty...You shou;ld only eat this 1st thing in the morning anyway, then youv'e got all day to wear it off......Lol

18 Sep, 2009

Looks good enough to eat imho

19 Sep, 2009

Myself, I would prefer a bowl of cereal.....or fruit and yoghurt, but Im told that Im weird...............

19 Sep, 2009

This amount would last me all day. I like everything on this plate though and would have stuffed the tomato with some Greek feta cheese or sprinkled grated cheese on the top. I eat cereal, fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast.
Isn't belly dancing supposed to keep you very fit? Perhaps an idea of a course of lessons for his Christmas present.

22 Sep, 2009

Well Lindak, now thats food for thought.......It may help him loose a little, but I think the instructor would end up throwing him out of the class, because he has as much rhythm as a stick of wood ha ha ha ........

22 Sep, 2009

The girls look lovely in their garb when they are dancing. Very feminine.

23 Sep, 2009

Yes but can you picture Ray?.................lmao...........

23 Sep, 2009

It would certainly make an interesting photograph Milky,

24 Sep, 2009

Ha ha ....As much as Ray likes to be the centre of attention, I dont think even he would let me photograph that Lindak he he he ...........
