I picked this fruit up at the garden centre recently but didn't know what it was. Now I have seen photos from other GoYers and I suspect it is from a Strawberry tree. I think it should be red to be ripe so it can sit on my window ledge and hopefully there will be some seeds :)

Good luck with the seeds Gee. I grew some from seed a few years ago and kept one for myself which now, although still small has flowered and fruited for a couple of years now.

Yes it does go red when ripe, we have lots of flowers, but not a great deal of fruit this year..good luck.
