I don't think it is and, this is the first year and time i've grown it !
That said, there's no sign of its foliage dying off so maybe it is.

I had to move mine, as it definitely needs sun. It's in better position now, but no flowers. I agree - no sign of yellow leaves! Maybe there's a clue in the Nursery catalogue?
