And me! :-)) I grew the 'Talent' ones this year - they were ALL different - and all beautiful, with paler stripes and pretty centres!

Would these do well out in the open, perhaps in an island bed? ;~))

These are lovely plants and I guess, still in flower. Having just returned from your part of the world it was obvious that so many things which in Essex are but a memory are still flowering there.

Oh IAN!!!!! LOL. Actually, there are some in my island bed already!

Yes, Toto - there are. I wrote a blog on 'good do-ers' while you were down here, and I have plenty of colour still. I SAID you should pop up the coast and see the garden for yourself! Too busy drinking 'Exmoor Ale' I suppose! LOL.

I love these flowers, this year I'm trying to overwinter a few (heard it somewhere that you can?)

I hope I haven't missed the oportunity to visit your garden. My friend with whom I went would not have appreciated you garden as I would (he is definitely not interested in anything horticultural) which is why I didn't visit this time. Hopefully I may be able to make it when you open next year. I may be able to pursuade Jean to come with me.
As for "Exmoor Ale", it's not as good as some of the "Exmoor Cider".

Well, this is 'zider' country, me deario! LOL.

Seriously, I do hope you can make it next June - that would be great! :-))
