I will go and have a look at it now Morgana ..!
Thanks Sandra , Gee , the shrubs and plants are being pushed out to make room for the Christmas trees , there were lots of plants 1/2 price at wyevale ... . it's a shame the ones they had I didn't really want ! ..
This Wyevale use to be Blooms of Bressingham . I think it was better before it was taken over .............

Great bargain Amy it will look lovely with roses, I took cuttings of the climber Golden Showers which seem to have taken so I might just buy an arch for next year [my excuse for somewhere to put the rose cuttings lol]

Thanks Carole and well done for getting the rose cuttings to take , I have some that have taken it's a good feeling when they do , I always take several and then even if you only get one to take it's better than none , You will have to get a rose arch to put them on to show them off :o)
Thanks Holly , I hope so !

Are you going to plant it out now or keep it until spring to plant?
11 Dec, 2009
I've planted it now Busylizzy , they assured me at the garden centre that it was the right thing to do so fingers crossed ... :o)
12 Dec, 2009
Thanks Amy - I never know when Im supposed to plant if I buy "out of season".
12 Dec, 2009
I know what you mean Busylizzy ... they seem to have different rules for plants and shrubs that have been grown in pots .. ..

You're right - roses, shrubs, perennials, bulbs - so many different planting times - its all very confusing! Thank goodness for GoY!

This is a great time of year for bargains at garden centres isn't it. Half price 'cos it's not in flower - no problem - we're gardeners, we're patient !!! :~))
