I'm very glad, especially as I said earlier that it would be fine. Phew!!

Yes, Louise, they manage fine, usually, after 3-4yrs old. Any I have had were bought small, and I just kept in pots and put in the shed for the first 2 winters. After this, they have to get on with it themselves. :-))

Yes, of course you were right David..thanks...It did get cut down by frost about 8 years ago but sprouted again....ever since then i have tied the leaves together, then this winter (the worst ever)...I took davids advice and left it.....Sun is shining beautifully here today Muddy....:>).
