get wrapped up michaella more bitter cold weather this weekend they say, im going to venture out and start tidying my borders a bit to, joe going to help with the tree stumps at half term so hope to see some changes with my new project for spring :o))

The ground is very heavy clay, Sanbaz, and what with the flood, then the snow and more rain everything is just a sticky mess. Come the summer (I hope) everything will dry out and will be as hard as a rock :)

sounds like very hard work for you Gee each year, we have clay but not as bad as you seem to have it, having a raised border was great as i got new soil in, not sure about my new project area yet, will see what i find there, hope it drys out soon for you :o))
