Me too Sandra, I cannot wait, although I have been out there tidying in the last few days, which will see me out there everyday now till November.

get wrapped up michaella more bitter cold weather this weekend they say, im going to venture out and start tidying my borders a bit to, joe going to help with the tree stumps at half term so hope to see some changes with my new project for spring :o))

I put a load of bulbs in a couple of years ago and only a few last year and just the one this year.

wonder why carol as they normally multiply :o(

No i did'nt either, i know they say if you plant while its a plant and not a bulb they do alot better, so will see next year.

The ground is very heavy clay, Sanbaz, and what with the flood, then the snow and more rain everything is just a sticky mess. Come the summer (I hope) everything will dry out and will be as hard as a rock :)

sounds like very hard work for you Gee each year, we have clay but not as bad as you seem to have it, having a raised border was great as i got new soil in, not sure about my new project area yet, will see what i find there, hope it drys out soon for you :o))
