Gosh this is sooo lush, I love it.

lol Dotty, It's a peaceful little nook, under the shade of the pergola. :o)

You would not believe your garden is as small as you say, it looks so much bigger.

lol Dotty, We had a few comments like that in our NGS Visitors Book last year. Our favourite one was:
"Such a huge garden...in such a small garden!"

It makes it so worthwhile when I hear things like that Skillen.
I often hear the comment of "MY garden's too small to do anything with", after they've seen what we've done in our 'Little Patch' they realise that it's their own imagination that is the only restriction and in reallity...the sky's the limit!

Even if you only have enough room for a few pots on a balcony or window sill, then THAT is your garden.
So often people plant FLAT....but it's the height that can elevate the ordinary to EXTRAordinary.
Remember...the garden maybe very small measured on the ground, but it's as tall as the sky! x

thanks for the thoughts.....I have been thinking vertically for a while as I have some short fences in both my front and back garden that seperates my garden from my neighbours. I have been playing around within those heights...but now I want to try the sky!
