my first Trillium

I must have been excited as non of the photo is in focus. lol

I thought I had lost mine (dug it up by mistake when moving plants) but It is still there...phew......it wasn't cheap!

Trillium sessile is in the square pot to the left - writing doesn't look like lutea - perhaps you'd better have another look. lol

square pot is luteum as is the other one. went out and looked this am. Sessile is the black pot in the foreground. The label is smudged and i had mis-spelt it and corrected it lol.

I turned the picture on it's side and referred to the wrong one - LOL. Your label writing is better than mine!

sadly these are not too neat as i wrote them by resting on my leg. :o)

Never grown these, always liked them though, look forward to seeing how yours progress then may have a go myself :-)

noticed a few more bits peeking above the compost. I must say they would be very easy to weed out by mistake. I will have to place them very carefully when the time comes to plant them out.

Love this plants very much! They are beautiful!
