Bright and cheerful :) so nice to see.

They really light a dark corner don't they...a smashing wild flower...:o))

Beautiful...some consider them a weed..we have them in our borders..a carpet of sunshine !

I know what you mean Bb...they can spread like wild-fire can't they.....lovely in the right setting though...:o))

They even spread through the lawn..but we let them..lovely in the dappled shade of our woodland borders !

Ooh...I bet!.....They take me back to when we used to see fields of buttercups....sadly not so common now...the fields or buttercups...:o(

Yes...it is sad Janey.Remember fields teeming with wildflowers...cornflowers,poppies,meadowsweet....many of our native ones have disappeared too......

They call it "progress" Bb...who for though, g** knows! All the green spaces in our village are being snapped up for development...lots of us are protesting and writing to the council, as this part is the conservation area. Thing is too, there are so many new houses standing empty already.........

A crying shame Janey.Whatever happened to this "green and pleasant land " ?

It's gone the way of everything Bb.....not green and not pleasant...:o((

Its hard not to be cynical sometimes isnt it Janey......we try to do our bit though.....to help nature and re address the balance.......

Certainly is Bb.....there is still such a lot of the UK that is wonderful though...even though we like a moan.....it's just the humans...Lol!
