That's a beautiful flower and it actually looks a bit like a pink pine cone doesn't it? I didn't know larch had flowers either but they are beautiful trees.

Karen, they do look like cones, I didnt know they had flowers either until I had my own trees.
Sandra, no doubt you will find flowers then one day.

Just done a google after Karen said the flowers look like cones and apparently the female pink flowers will turn into cones. The male flowers, also on the same tree, are yellow, these must be the ones pointing downwards.

i found some...but they are white with a little dash of pink.....very pretty though..
