OOh that's lovely! Hope my metal arch will look like this in a few years when the plants have grown! Lovely tall hedge to give you privacy as well. They don't build homes with enough garden space to plant hedges any more do they?

Lab we have several arches in the garden some metal and some wooden and it only takes a year to get some cover, esp with fast growing clematis. and climbing roses. Karen this one is on it's way out... it is amazing it is still going, last year thought it was a goner, lots of Robinias died all over the country no one knew why!!Thanks Irish and Pipsqueak.

thats what he has always done as work dotty, he made my windmill last year and all my raised border, he can do anything around the house, its great as i use to have to do it all myself when on my own ;o))
