I'm a great fan of Polemoniums, that is a very nice colour :)

Very pretty

It's a taller one, too, and seems very healthy and happy - thank goodness!

They are lovely plants, Bloomer gave me a nice pale blue one when she came to visit, its doing very nicely too.

Very pretty.....

I think so! Glad you do. I've got 'Bressingham Purple' and 'Stairway to Heaven' but this one is by far the prettiest, I think.

Agree......

Mine's nowhere near flowering yet! It's so pretty.

Have you got this one too, Wagger?

Yes, I love polemoniums - they all have pretty foliage too. I want to get Polemonium Caeruleum Brise D'Anjou for it's variegated foliage - not sure about polemonium reptans stairway to heaven, the foliage is very pretty but the flowers are a bit wishywashy. What do you think?

Totally agree - they're a disappointment. I don't actually like it very much when it's in flower!!!

I'll give it a miss then. :-((

I have some I grew from seed - 'Heavenly Habit'...I'll google them and see what the flowers are like.

16 May, 2010

I grew 'Bambino Blue' last year - quite nice and compact, lots of flowers.

16 May, 2010

I'd probably like that, Wagger - it's the wishy-washy ones I don't like.

16 May, 2010

Know just what you mean.

16 May, 2010

I haven't googled 'H.H' yet - I'll do it.

2 minutes later...Oooohh!! It's a lovely deep blue/purple! I won't sell them all - I want it in my garden!

17 May, 2010

Wellllllllll as you've grown them you can keep a couple, lol.

17 May, 2010

Am I allowed, Wagger? lol.
