This old cat has lived at the nursery all its life. The ends of her ears have been frost bitten off sometime long ago. There is a mural of her among the flowers in the main store. Very comfy here in the breezeway chair.

Why has that happened to his ears ..... is he feral, why doesn't he get taken inside in the cold weather ?

Discovered he is a she and named Petunia, amended my captions. Thank for the comments. She is a real darling. The little cafe is named after her, Petunia's Cafe. The mural is against the partition to the kitchen. She is very well cared for Louise, but in such a big place, she just wasn't inside when we locked up one night, thus the ears. The tips can be lost to cold very easily. She is always inside in the evenings now.

Thank you Aleyna and Janey. Petunia is a delight to have in the nursery, even old and slow as she is now. You wont find her far from her circle of warm spots just out of the sun.

"Memories....all alone in the moonlight" Sounds like a character out of "Old Possum's Practical Cats"... lol. sweet and lovely.

She looks comfy...cats know how to relax!

She is a character, especially being a nursery cat, no one teaching her the rules of the house.....lol. She does show attachment to one woman who has been there the longest. Needs more attention the days she's off. :-) Every move is a purposeful bee line to the next 'hot spot'. She surely knows how to relax, and she deserves it.

LOL You got it. :-)

What a lovely name - shame about her ears. She looks very contented GT & perhaps a little wiser to stay indoors at night where it's warm.

She's very happy and spoiled. She is now old enough she seldom leaves the building at all. Sleeps. Must be 15-16.
