I've a lovely lot of blossom on my two orange berried ones but nothing on the red one - it is still full of berries! I think I will have to cut them off like I did a couple of years ago.

Wonder why that is Gee? anything with berries is stripped by the birds very quickly in my area, perhaphs they have more to choose from where you live Gee;0)

It puzzles me every year, Carole, as others say their red berries are always the first to be eaten. I will wait a while and cut it back again so it will flower next spring.

It is a nesting box got quite a few boxes round the garden but only get occupied in the winter for some reason, still at least they are keeping them sheltered when its cold.

Thats so thoughtful of you Clarice... i wonder if they can sense cats are

Dont know as Smokey stopped going after birds about 10yr ago, and when the birds where feeding in the garden, Smokey could walk straight past them and they would just carry on eating, dont think they will do that with these 2 little rascals for a good few years. :o)))
