Beautiful Simbad !
Do you dead head them all or leave them to it ?
What do you put there in winter ?

:-)))))
Yes Aster I do dead head them timed myself this morning took 40 mins, and a bucket full of spent flowers, have others in the borders too.
A lot are evergreen so doesn't look bare in the winter, then in spring chop them all back and feed them, doesn't take long for them to grow back again.

What do you feed them with please and how far do you chop them back, have never bothered before.............

Stunning pic :-))

Chop them right to the ground DD some growers do it in the autumn, the evergreen varieties then regrow fresh new leaves that see you through the winter, but I never get round to it then, I feed with a seaweed based fertiliser in early spring.
Thanks Annella :-)))
