Can someone identify please?

I have this in both my back and front garden. It likes damp soil and grows about 3' tall, brown stems and leaves with little yellow flowers.

Yes thats the one! I have it too but my leaves and stems are not quite as brown as your;0)

Yes it does M but i find it easy to pull up.

It's an absolute thug in my garden - I'm forever digging it up, it won't pull up here on my heavy clay. :-(((
