Will sort one out tomorrow, not a lot of difference as its small didnt want to over do it keep it simple still got my Frogs and birds using it as a watering hole, I initally planted Flag Iris which flowered really well but have now grown so tall they kept blowing over, Im now chopping them to an moderate size but will have to replace them next year with dwarf ones;0)

Looks lovely Pansy. They had a few pond plants reduced in the Range on Sunday. Quite cheap too. My knowledge of pond plants is poor so I couldn't say what the best ones were, or I'd have bought some for my daughters pond. They had a few lilies and what looked like grassy ones. Lol. and a few others, which I have no idea, but they were selling a lot of plants off cheap. :o))

Thanks Gee, Grindle and Linda I am pleased with it especially watching the Froggies popping their heads out!
Seems as if I have missed out on bardgains again Linda, I am new to pond plants too thats why I made the mistake of planting 5ft Iris in my little pond lol

I have quite a big pond, and the yellow iris has taken over PP, it's going to be coming out, along with the water mint, and replaced with something better behaved. You can get some lovely iris that don't get rampant, ask at your local water garden centre, I'm sure they will be only too pleased to help :-))

Thanks Grindle I will, will probably plant the big Iris at the back of the garden, did see some lovely dwarf Iris at the water center but wanted to make an impact , it has impacted a bit too far!
