This the result of the third cut back, and I think it's the best yet...I left the other planter too long, and lost it....

Hi Alexandramou, Hi Elsiemay.....
What I do Alex, and this applies whether they are grown in the garden or a Planter, is when the Petunias start to get a little tall, as they do, I cut them back, not hard, just enough to leave all green....then feed, and I use Miracle grow, which I was surprised, that I could actually get here in France....and within two weeks, they are up and bursting with blooms again....I generally grow mine in Planters....I also do the same with Busy Lizzies, tho I haven't grown any this year, I certainly do the same with Perennials, and usually have good results.....

ok, thank you. Will do that next year because this year my petunial just died right back after the first flowers. I am planting perennials next year (bought the seeds) but I would have to wait until the second year is that correct?

They look beautiful, mine are gone leggy, so I will cut them back harder now.
