That's funny...you're growing it in your bathroom...I have it growing wild in my backyard and I'm constantly mowing it down. LOL! : > )

Delonix - my bathroom faces north, and this is a pretty adaptable plant. Ihave put mature plants into hanging baskets in years gone by, where they look very effective with lots of layers of offsets hanging down.

Yes, Spider plant is so vigorous...it will usually reach the ground from a hanging basket within 2 years. It's commonly used as a ground cover here in CA.

Kind of!
At two years they were full enough plants for a hanging basket. Then at the end of the season, the main plant went into the compost!!

I wish I could get rid of mine that easily! When they're planted in the ground they just seem to continually come back.
